{My Sweet Lil Loves Weren't Diggin Good Old St. Nick!}

MINDFUL MONDAY

Highlights of last week included:
~Ridiculous amount of fun was had last week. I think I'm making up for lost time....as last year at this time I was so incredibly pregnant and didn't feel I was able to really embrace the Christmas season...so that's what's with ALL the Christmas Cheer!

Last week I learned:
~I take tons of photos....yes I know. I guess this isn't necessarily something that "I learned"...but honestly I'm just blown away by the amounts of cuteness that occurs on a daily basis...

New fab finds:
~Stella & Dot, you all have heard me talk about Stella Dot before...but I'm talking about it again. I sported some gorgeous Stella Dot jewelry this past week {see photos below} My girl Melissa is a Stella & Dot stylist...you should check out her line...would make for some FAB Christmas gifts!
~The Gingerbread Display at JW Desert Ridge Marriott! Wow! Wow! Wow! I had a J.Starr Meeting there last week, and walked right into this little slice of heaven.

Yes this actually happened:
~I finished transforming my Dining Room into a Winter Wonderland. I'm in love with it. Come over, let's have a dinner party.
~My little Clark Griswold {Justin }put up Christmas lights outside for the first time ever...the amount of strategic planning I heard him discussing to himself out loud was hysterical.

Feeling Appreciative:
~For Juan and Stephanie Sandoval, Owners of AZ Celebrity DJ. They hosted a lovely dinner last night for several Wedding Industry people. It was really a full circle moment for me...as to my right sat the Private Events Director from Seville {a position I held at one time for 5 years}and to my left sat the Event Director from Superstition Springs {a position I held at one time for 2 years}...and last night I sat there finally as me....Jennifer Starr, Owner of J. Starr Stylized Weddings....it felt pretty amazing. I'm so thankful for my past experiences that led me to where I am now, and I'm so excited to see where the future takes me from here. I'm especially grateful for all the people who I've met in my professional life who have become such treasured friends.

Baby Moments I Want to Remember:
~Emma. Oh Emma. My little silly Emma has become a real challenge to feed baby food to lately. At the moment baby food hits her mouth...she spits it all over.....all over me, her, her sister...everywhere. The hardest part is that it's SO FUNNY, that it takes everything thing in me NOT to laugh out loud....instead of telling her "no, no no".
